The standard porta john is the unit you have seen on every construction site, county fair, and outdoor wedding for the last forty years. There is a reason it is everywhere — it works, it is cheap, it is easy to service, and it solves the problem.
Our standard units arrive clean. Tissue stocked. Hand sanitizer dispenser filled. Anti-slip floor inspected. Translucent roof so the inside is bright without artificial light. Eighty-five cubic feet of interior space, occupancy indicator on the door so the next person knows.

How a session works

Call or request a quote
Tell us the site address, the rental duration, the unit count, and what the job is. Quote within the day, often same-call.

Schedule the drop
Same-day if you call before noon in our core areas. Next-day standard otherwise. Confirmed delivery window the day before.

Unit arrives clean
Pressure-washed, stocked, inspected. Driver walks the unit before leaving the site.

Service on schedule
Weekly is standard for active jobsites. We will set a different cadence if usage calls for it.

Pickup when you are done
Call when you are ready. We pull the unit and close out the rental.
When the standard unit is the right call
Construction sites with crews of three to thirty. Sporting events. Outdoor festivals where you need bulk units cheaply. Weekend home projects. Yard cleanups. Any application where the priority is reliable basic sanitation rather than guest-facing finish.
If the event is a wedding or a corporate function where the porta-john is going to be part of the guest experience, look at the flushable unit or the luxury trailer instead.
Optional upgrades
Hand sanitizer dispenser, hasp and lock with key (for unattended overnight sites), containment tray (for environmentally-sensitive sites), solar lighting (for evening events), disposable paper seat covers, stabilizing stakes (for wind-exposed sites). Add any of these at booking.
How we size your order
Construction sites: one standard unit per ten workers per forty-hour week. That ratio comes from OSHA's portable sanitation standard and it is the same ratio every reputable supplier uses.
Events: one standard unit per fifty guests for a four-hour event. Add ten percent if alcohol is served. Add twenty percent for events running longer than four hours. We will run the numbers on the call.

- How often is the unit serviced?
- Weekly is standard. We will service more often (every three to four days) for high-traffic jobsites or events; less often for light-use sites. Service includes pump-out, restock, and full clean.
- What does a standard unit cost?

- Can I keep it for a month or longer?
- Yes. Monthly rentals come with regular pump-and-clean schedules built in. Extension to multi-month is routine for construction sites.
