Weekly rental (typical short construction job or multi-day event): includes one service interval.

Monthly rental (active construction site): scheduled weekly service included. Best per-day rate.

Multi-month rental: roll-over monthly pricing, sometimes negotiated lower for long-running projects.

Standard porta-john: base price.

ADA unit: slight premium over standard.

Flushable unit: meaningful premium (better internal mechanism, finished interior).

Luxury restroom trailer: priced as a different category entirely.

Hand-wash station, hand sanitizer stand: low-cost add-ons.

Weekly pump-and-clean is standard. Twice-weekly or every-three-days for high-traffic sites costs more per month. Less-than-weekly for light-use sites can cost less.

Hand sanitizer dispenser, hasp and lock, containment tray, solar lighting, paper seat covers, stabilizing stakes — each adds modestly to the per-unit price. Worth specifying at booking rather than after delivery.
