Porta John Guys

What to Expect: Porta John Delivery and Service

From the call to the pickup — what happens at each stage of a porta john rental, who shows up, and what we need from you.

If you have never rented a porta-john before, the process can feel opaque. Here is what actually happens, in order.

The booking call

Call (803) 573-9945. Tell us: site address, rental start date and duration, unit count, what the job is (construction, event, cleanup, etc.).

We will give you a real price and confirm delivery availability. Three to five minutes total. We will email or text a confirmation.

Day of delivery

We text or call when the driver is en route — usually a window rather than a specific minute. You do not need to be on-site as long as we know where the unit should go.

Driver places the unit per the placement instructions you gave us. Levels it. Stocks it (tissue, hand sanitizer, deodorizer). Inspects for any damage in transit. Photographs the placement for your records and ours.

Driver walks the unit before leaving. If anything is wrong, we fix it before the truck pulls away.

Scheduled service

For weekly-or-more service intervals, our service tech arrives, pumps the unit, restocks (tissue, hand sanitizer, deodorizer block), pressure-washes the interior, replaces the floor mat if needed, and confirms the unit is fresh for the next interval.

Service is unobtrusive — we work around your site's schedule. Most service stops take fifteen to twenty minutes per unit.

Pickup

Call when you are ready for the unit to come back. Same-day pickup often available in core areas. We pull the unit, clean the placement spot, and close out the invoice.

If the site has been wet, muddy, or otherwise difficult, mention it on the pickup call so we can plan accordingly.

Same crew, same vehicles, same standards every time. Call (803) 573-9945 to start.
