Event ADA requirements
Public events generally require at least one ADA unit per cluster of standard units, or roughly five percent of the total unit count, whichever is greater. The exact ratio depends on local permit requirements — your event permit will spell it out.
If your permit application requires a sanitation plan, we can provide a written breakdown showing the ADA-to-standard ratio for your specific guest count.
Construction site ADA
OSHA does not require ADA-specific units, but if your project has ADA-accommodated workers, providing an accessible unit is best practice and often a contract requirement on public-sector or institutional builds.
On private commercial builds without ADA workers, the standard unit is typically sufficient. Confirm with your project manager before assuming you do not need one.

- Yes. You can rent an ADA unit standalone — common for small events with a single ADA-accommodated guest. For larger events you generally pair it with standard units.
